Just finished The Help. It is our Oct. pick for our new book club. Like some of my other favorite books, I will miss the characters. You want the book to go on and on….or maybe a sequel?? It would make a great movie! Once you start reading The Help you just can’t put it down.
An Introductory Philosophy of
I work for a living, meaning anything can and usually does happen to me while on the job. I was looking for a durable watch that could withstand some occasional stress, and that I didn’t have to worry about, and this one fit the bill. The solar recharge is a great feature, and the dial is large enough to easily read the date/time, while housing the other 3 indicators up top. So far I have absolutely no complaints. It is a big watch, don’t buy this to hide under a sleeve. It’s meant to be worn loud and proud.

EAT WHAT YOU WANT AND DIE LIKE A MAN is without a doubt the funniest book I’ve ever read. I love the way he cuts through political correctness and, in his words, gives the “food Nazis” a swift kick in the behind. The recipes are also great. Highly recommended!!
Eat What You Want
I can’t think of what else you’d want from a bathroom scale. It’s got a nice, big, easy to read, backlit display. Step on it, it lights up and shows you your weight with good repeatability. Fair price, too. Get one.
Londons Times Funny Aliens
I have been through about 30 pedometers in my lifetime. This is the best. It registers steps accurately and even maintains previous steps taken on earlier days. I have never done a product review before, but I felt compelled to since this is the only pedometer that ever lived up to it’s hype. I would definitely buy another.

I was looking for a simple digital scale. I love that I don’t have to tap my foot on the scale before getting on. Once you calibrate it, you just step right on and in less than 3 seconds you see your weight. You can set your scale to show in lbs or kgs. It has a sleek clean design. When you step on, the display lights up blue with black numbers that display clearly. For the price, its a really great buy.

I ordered a new F5914-900 Hoover SteamVac. I noticed when I opened the box that it didn’t seem to be packaged properly – loose items, etc. It was in the right box but it just wasn’t right. When I put the handle and other pieces together I could see worn parts – slots scraped and worn. It was fairly clean as if it had been wiped down but I also thought the bristles looked frayed. I decided to go ahead and try it. When I opened the detergent cup to fill it the rubber seal was dirty and had hard water deposits on it. I had a room all cleaned out, vacuumed and ready to clean so I went ahead and assembled everything. Made several “wet” passes – dry as a bone. I followed all directions to the “T”. The only way I could get solution onto the carpet was to hold down the Clean Surge button while depressing the button for the regular cleaning function. It took two thumbs to hold down the Clean Surge while I pulled the trigger for the regular clean function with index finger. It did pull the solution out well when I made dry passes. It’s obvious that this was returned by someone else as defective and passed on to me. I just called Amazon and they apologized and are sending out a new machine immediately. They said that there are “occasional mix-ups in the warehouse with used and new items”. I gave it two stars for Amazon’s quick handling of the problem.
Hopefully I can do a follow up post when I get the new machine. Check your machine carefully when you unpack and assemble it.

T Twilight Saga series is one of the most amazing series for those who enjoy the paranormal fantasy. it’s full of romance and adventure with lots of action and the author does an excellent job of letting us understand the character’s feelings and backgrounds. I love this series, and frankly, I had never read any paranormal stuff before I got hooked on this series!

We were wanting a vacuum that didn’t break the bank but worked efficiently, and this vacuum fits the bill. We have had it for over a month and have used it several times. Time will tell how long it will last, but as of now it has great suction and has been able to handle the hair from two cats. The attachments are the basic attachments usually found and they work well. The vacuum is light weight and works well.

Pretty straightforward review, here. If you’re looking to bulk up your ammo count, this is the way to go. These are currently the best value for purchasing additional darts, per unit, at about $.22/dart. This is in opposition to the horribly-overpriced 10 pack ($.45/dart) and slightly more expensive 100-dart pack ($.29/dart, or the same price as this 36 pack with a cheap plastic box thrown in for 8 bucks).
Best value.
Buy this if you need darts.
